Ailsa Wong (b. 1997)’s practice spans painting, moving installations, interactive games, and images. She explores ways of connecting consciousness with primitive emotion, responding to a perceived vacuum of belief. Working across both digital and physical media, Wong develops intuitive processes that blend artificial and natural systems, allowing material and image to form experiential structures that reflect inner landscapes. She is particularly interested in the relationship between human and non-human perspectives, considering all entities as interconnected and sharing a sense of presence.

Wong’s solo exhibitions include “1” at DE SARTHE (Hong Kong, 2025), “Disembody” at Cattle Depot Artist Village (Hong Kong, 2025), and “00:00” at Yrellag Gallery (Hong Kong, 2024). Wong participated in duo solo exhibition “This Bitter Earth” at Gallery Exit (Hong Kong, 2019), joint exhibition “I Don’t Know How to Love You Teach Me to Love” at Das Esszimmer (Germany, 2024).

Wong currently lives and works in Hong Kong.
